By accessing or using the services of Artisansycraftau, including our website at artisansycraftau.world and our personal styling consultations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Artisansycraftau provides personal styling and image consulting services including but not limited to:

Wardrobe audits and closet organization
Outfit coordination and styling sessions
Color analysis and style assessment
Personal shopping guidance
Event and occasion styling

Our services are provided on a consultation basis and do not include the purchase of clothing or accessories, which remain your responsibility.

Booking and Appointments

When you book a styling session with Artisansycraftau:

A confirmation will be sent to your provided email address
Full payment or deposit may be required to secure your appointment
You agree to arrive on time and be prepared for your session
Appointments are scheduled based on availability

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment: Full refund or reschedule
Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund or reschedule with fee
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund
No-shows: No refund and may affect future booking privileges

Payment Terms

Payment for services may be made via credit card, debit card, or electronic transfer. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and styling guides, is the property of Artisansycraftau and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Client Responsibilities

As a client of Artisansycraftau, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your styling needs and preferences
Treat our stylists with respect and professionalism
Ensure a safe and clean environment for in-home consultations
Make timely decisions during shopping sessions

Limitation of Liability

Artisansycraftau provides styling advice and recommendations based on professional expertise. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or that you will be satisfied with all recommendations. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share details about your wardrobe, measurements, or styling sessions with third parties without your consent. Photos taken during sessions are used only for styling purposes unless you grant permission for promotional use.

Modifications to Terms

Artisansycraftau reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
